Diana, Scorn of the Moon
*PBEでテスト中、近日開放
Amumu
* Cursed Touch(Passive)
o 効果時間を3sに減少(元は4s)。
* Tantrum(E)
o 消費manaを35に減少(元は50)。
* Bandage Toss(Q)
o APレシオを0.7に減少(元は1.0)。
* Curse of the Sad Mummy(Ult)
o APレシオを0.8に減少(元は1.0)。
Brand
* Pyroclasm(Ult)
o弾速が1000に増加(元は800)
o炎上中の対象に使った場合の弾速増加効果はなくなる
o燃えているターゲットに当たった場合次はチャンピオンに優先的に跳ね返る
Cho'gath
* General
oMRpar1.25を得る
o通常時攻撃のレンジを他のmeleeと同じ125に減少(元は130）
* Rupture(Q)
o Cast timeが0.5秒に減少(元は0.672)。
o 遅延を0.625秒に統一した(元は0.5 - 0.75秒)。
* Feral Scream(W)
o Cast timeを0.5秒に減少(元は0.6417)
* Vorpal Spikes(E)
o幅はchoのサイズに応じて変わるようになった。
* Feast(Ult)
o このスキルのランクとスタック数に応じて通常攻撃の射程が最大+50されるようになる。
o Cast timeを0.5秒にした(元は0.43)
oレンジは150に増加(元は100)
Evelynn
* General
o Recommended items にBoots of Mobilityを追加
* Shadow Walk(Passive)
o 再びステルスになる時間が6秒に減少(元は8秒)
o igniteのような断続的なダメージを与えている途中でも再びステルスになれるようにした
* Agony's Embrace(Ult)
o CDを120/100/80に減少（元は150/120/90）
Hecarim
* Devastating Charge(E)
o 相手と衝突する際のレスポンスを改善
o 初期MS増加を 25%に変更(元は0%)(最高スピードに達するまでの時間は今までと同じ)
* Onslaught of Shadows(Ult)
oHecarimと対象との距離が近いほどfleeするスピードが速くなる
Janna
* Zephyr
o APレシオを0.6に減少(元は0.8)。
o ZephyrがCDなのに時々passiveのボーナスを受けられるバグを修正した
Lulu
* Wild Growth
o castと同時に味方が死ぬダメージを受ける場合でも効果が出るようにした(バグ修正)
Rammus
* General
o 1.25 Magic Resist per levelを得るようになる。
Rumble
* Junkyard Titan (Passive)
o Danger Zoneの追加ダメージを25%に減少(元は30％)
* Flamespitter(Q)
o ベースダメージを90/160/230/300/370に減少(元は90/180/270/360/450)
o 持続時間が本来より少し長くなっていたのを修正した
Twitch
* General
oベースADを52に増加(元は50)
* Venom Cask(W)
o 弾速を1400に増加(元は1300)
Urgot
* Acid Hunter(Q)
o ダメージを10/40/70/100/130 + [攻撃力 × 85%]に戻した(元は50/80/110/140/170 + [増加攻撃力 × 120%])。
Xin Zhao
* General
oベースADを55.3に減少(元は59)
o ADparを3.3に増加(元は3)
* Audacious Charge(E)
o ベースダメージを 70/110/150/190/230に減少(元は70/115/160/205/250)
Yorick
* Omen of Famine(E)
o Ravenous Ghoulがminionに攻撃した場合与えたダメージの50%だけ回復する(今までは与えたダメージに関わらずghoulのADと同じ量を回復していた)。
* Omen of Death(Ult)
o Evelynnに掛けた際に死霊が一瞬で死んでしまうバグを修正した
Proving Grounds
* Health Relicsの位置を変え、プレーヤーが意図せずして踏んでしまうことがなくなるようにした
* Nexus turretsへの調整
o Nexus turretsを2本から1本にした
o Nexus turretsは追加の20 Armor、800 Healthと30 base Attack Damageを得た
* もらえる経験値を調整しレベル14-18になるのに少し時間が掛かるようにした
General
* オーディオのオプションに設定をデフォルトに戻す機能を追加した
* Battle Training
o靴を買うよう指示するクエスト追加
o "Defeat the Lizard Elder"と"Defeat the Ancient Golem"のクエストがAsheをプレイしている時に正しく始まるようにした
o Asheをプレイしている時ににUltに関するTipsが正しく表示されるようにした
o Soraka BotとNasus Botがスタックしないようにした
* 以下のチャンピオンのスプラッシュアートとアイコンを変更
oMordekaiser, Cassiopeia, Kassadin, Ezreal, Asheのスキン
* Summoner's Insightが正しくPromoteに追加効果を与えるようになった(ボーナスの防御statsを得る)
* Custom gameのbotがプレイヤーがjunglingしているときに適切なレーンに行くようにした
* ツールチップの更新Ahri, Annie, Jarvan IV, Leona, Lux and Morgana
New Tribunal Feature
* 有罪になったプレイヤーにはどのような判決か詳しく載っている "Reform Card"が送られる

o Duration reduced to 3 seconds from 4
* Tantrum
o Mana cost reduced to 35 from 50
* Bandage Toss
o Ability Power ratio reduced to 0.7 from 1.0
* Curse of the Sad Mummy
o Ability Power ratio reduced to 0.8 from 1.0
Brand
* Pyroclasm
o Missile Speed increased to 1000 from 800
o Missile Speed no longer increases when hitting ablaze targets
o If Pyroclasm strikes an ablaze target, the next bounce will now prioritize champions
Cho'gath
* General
o Magic Resist per level increased to 1.25
o Attack Range normalized to 125 from 130
* Rupture
o Cast time reduced to 0.5 seconds from 0.672
o Delay normalized to 0.625 seconds from 0.5 - 0.75
* Feral Scream
o Cast time reduced to 0.5 seconds from 0.6417
* Vorpal Spikes
o Width now increases based on Cho'gath's size
* Feast
o Now grants Cho'gath up to 50 additional Attack Range, based on Feast rank and amount of stacks
o Cast time normalized to 0.5 seconds from 0.43
o Range increased to 150 from 100
Evelynn
* General
o Recommended items on Summoner's Rift now include Boots of Mobility
* Shadow Walk (Passive)
o Restealth duration reduced to 6 seconds from 8
o Dealing periodic damage (ie: Ignite) no longer prevents her from restealthing
* Agony's Embrace
o Cooldown reduced to 120/100/80 seconds from 150/120/90
Hecarim
* Devastating Charge
o Now more responsive when colliding with opponents
o Initial Movement Speed bonus increased to 25% from 0% (still reaches max speed at the same time)
* Onslaught of Shadows
o Enemy flee speed is now higher based on how close the enemy is to Hecarim
Janna
* Zephyr
o Ability Power ratio reduced to 0.6 from 0.8
o Fixed: Janna will no longer sometimes retain the passive bonuses while Zephyr is on cooldown
Lulu
* Wild Growth
o Fixed: Now completes its effects even if the allied target was about to take lethal damage at the time of casting
Rammus
* General
o Now gains 1.25 Magic Resist per level
Rumble
* Junkyard Titan (Passive)
o Danger Zone damage bonus reduced to 25% from 30%
* Flamespitter
o Damage reduced to 90/160/230/300/370 from 90/180/270/360/450
o Fixed: Flamespitter no longer lasts slightly longer than intended
Twitch
* General
o Base Attack Damage increased to 52 from 50
* Venom Cask
o Missile Speed increased to 1400 from 1300
Urgot
* Acid Hunter
o Damage adjusted back to 10/40/70/100/130 (+0.85 total Attack Damage) from 50/80/110/140/170 (+1.2 bonus Attack Damage)
Xin Zhao
* General
o Base Attack Damage reduced to 55.3 from 59
o Attack Damage per level increased to 3.3 from 3
* Audacious Charge
o Damage reduced to 70/110/150/190/230 from 70/115/160/205/250
Yorick
* Omen of Famine
o Ravenous Ghoul will only heal Yorick for 50% the damage it deals to minions
* Omen of Death
o Fixed: The Revenant no longer instantly dies upon casting Omen of Death on an allied Evelynn
Proving Grounds
* Repositioned Health Relics so players are less likely to unintentionally walk through them
* Adjusted Nexus turrets
o Nexus turrets reduced from two to one
o Nexus turrets now have an additional 20 Armor, 800 Health, and 30 base Attack Damage
* Experience curve adjusted so that levels 14-18 take slightly longer to reach
General
* You can now reset the current audio configuration back to defaults from the audio options menu
* Battle Training
o The "Buy Boots" quest will now properly fire
o The "Defeat the Lizard Elder" and "Defeat the Ancient Golem" quests will now properly fire when playing as Ashe
o The tip regarding Champion Ultimate Abilities will now show up properly when playing as Ashe
o Soraka Bot and Nasus Bot will no longer get stuck
* Updated several Champion art assets including splash art and icons for various Mordekaiser, Cassiopeia, Kassadin, Ezreal, and Ashe skins
* Fixed: Summoner's Insight now correctly works with Promote (now correctly grants bonus defensive stats)
* Fixed: Custom game bots now lane properly when allied players are jungling
* Updated tooltips for Ahri, Annie, Jarvan IV, Leona, Lux and Morgana
New Tribunal Feature
* Players punished by the Tribunal will now be e-mailed a "Reform Card" which gives additional details about their case
